Is Chaturbate free?
Watching is. You only pay if you choose to buy tokens for tips, private shows or fan clubs.
Do I need an account to watch?
No. You can watch public rooms without signing up. In some countries and US states, you’ll be asked to verify your age first. A free account lets you chat, tip, follow performers and keep a token balance.
Do I need an email address to sign up?

Money and tokens
How much do tokens cost?

How much does a private show cost?
Performers set their own per-minute rate in tokens, from 6 a minute to 90 or more. In dollars that’s roughly 50¢ to well over $10 a minute, depending on the rate and your token package. Every tier, in dollars.
Can I control a performer’s toy?
In rooms with an interactive toy, yes. Your tip sets it off, live, and the tip menu shows what each amount does. How the toy works.
Can I get a refund on a tip?
No. A tip is final the moment you send it. Unspent tokens are different: under Chaturbate’s terms you can ask support to withdraw unused funds, minus any payment processing costs.
What is a supporter membership?
A paid monthly membership that comes with free tokens and member perks. It renews every month until you cancel.
Privacy and safety
Is it private?
You control most of it. A username with no link to you, a separate email, two-factor login, and nothing personal in chat, which Chaturbate treats as public. Leaving no trace covers it all.
Are the performers verified adults?
Yes. Every broadcaster who earns has verified their identity with a live selfie and a government photo ID, and the platform has zero tolerance for minors.
What if I see something wrong in a room?
